Well luckily for you, you do not need to be a model or have any photoshoot experience whatsoever to look stunning in your senior photos and feel great throughout your photo session. You will be guided through a series of simple poses and prompts that should look and feel natural to you and you can leave all the work of lighting and angles up to me!

Above everything else you should choose something that makes you feel confident. I will usually suggest solid colors or floral patterns and would caution against stripes. For women, elevated outfit options such as flowy dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, and rompers can give your images a classy, memorable look. For men, I’d suggest a nice pair of pants, a button-up shirt or high-quality t-shirt, and a cool pair of shoes. Accessories such as a fun hat, sunglasses, and jewelry can also make your session unique.

A special consideration for senior photoshoot attire are uniforms/outfits unique to sports or other activities you participated in during high school. Paraphernalia from your future college or workplace may additionally add a special touch to your photographs.
