A student’s senior year is such an important, exciting, unique time in their life that they will only get to experience once. It is the end of an era - their transition from childhood into adulthood - and that deserves to be preserved in memory. From their favorite hobbies and activities, to their sense of style, to their incredible, fun personalities, it can all be captured through beautiful photographs that will last a lifetime. When you book a senior photoshoot with Britt & Bee Photography, you will enjoy a customized experience from beginning to end. With services such as outfit styling and consultations for planning the photo session and ordering print products, you can be confident in knowing that your senior will look and feel their best and that you will be able to enjoy your photos for decades to come.
When you book your session, we will work together to find a gorgeous outdoor location in Summit County for your photoshoot - or maybe even more than one! If you have any specific spots in mind, I will do my best to make those spots work. I will also send location recommendations your way or use my best judgment to select our photoshoot site, depending on your needs. Additionally, our sessions will take place in the evening, during or around “golden hour,” or the first hour before sunset. This way we can be sure to catch the best lighting our date has to offer. Your photoshoot may also include 1 - 4 outfits, depending on the length of your session, and sentimental items such as sporting equipment, childhood toys, college paraphernalia, etc. Additionally, parents may be included in photos complementary and siblings, additional family members or friends at additional cost.

During our time together, we will have a stiffness and stuffiness-free zone - I want to capture more fun and less formality! My goal is to help capture the essence of my clients' personalities and I find the best way to do this is to give my subjects the freedom to be themselves, to move organically, to interact with their loved ones as if I wasn't there.
Now don't get me wrong, I will set up shots and make posing adjustments here and there to add that artistic refinement you might be seeking for an announcement card or yearbook picture, but the end result should look and feel natural. When you look back on your photos in years to come I want you to see authenticity.

FAQ
What if I'm definitely NOT a model?
Well luckily for you, you do not need to be a model or have any photoshoot experience whatsoever to look stunning in your senior photos and feel great throughout your photo session. You will be guided through a series of simple poses and prompts that should look and feel natural to you and you can leave all the work of lighting and angles up to me!
What should I wear?
Above everything else you should choose something that makes you feel confident. I will usually suggest solid colors or floral patterns and would caution against stripes. For women, elevated outfit options such as flowy dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, and rompers can give your images a classy, memorable look. For men, I’d suggest a nice pair of pants, a button-up shirt or high-quality t-shirt, and a cool pair of shoes. Accessories such as a fun hat, sunglasses, and jewelry can also make your session unique.
A special consideration for senior photoshoot attire are uniforms/outfits unique to sports or other activities you participated in during high school. Paraphernalia from your future college or workplace may additionally add a special touch to your photographs.
Upon booking your session, you will be sent a styling guide pdf as well as a link to the shoppable styling website, “Style & Select,” where you will be shown several customized outfit options you can purchase or use as outfit inspo.
Where should I have my photos taken?
We are fortunately in a location with an abundance of beautiful outdoor locations for photo sessions and we can look into a variety of scenic locations across Summit county to find one that speaks to you. Additionally, we can discuss options for locations that have personal significance to you such as the school you attended, a sporting field you played on, or other locations you frequented throughout high school
